STRUCTURE

AIFDMS has currently 90 working committee (WC) members which are selected or elected across 57 centres of India. They are taken for a period of 4 years. Every 2 years 1/3rd of members get retired and are re-filled by new members from those centres from which members got retired.

The distribution of WC member for a centre is in proportion to the no. of families living in that centre. although centres are mostly city or Taluka place, the nearby villages come under the nearest centre and hence all the families are covered and represented by the respective WC member.

  • Presently, out of 90 WC members there are 21 officer bearers including, President , secretary, Vice president , treasurer etc.
  • Apart from this there are 30 management committee members which include all office bearers.
  • although the term of WC member is for 4 years the term office bearers is of 2 years and the entire body is elected or selected after completion of two years.
  • 5 members can be co-opted by President for a period of two years.
  • They can participate in all activities and help and support AIFDMS project formulation and execution, however they do not have voting rights.

There are many dignitores in society who keep encouragiing the society by there messages and infuse new nergy in young generation to motivate them and contribute from society. Some of the quotes are mentioend here.

Mahila Sangathan

Although there exist Mahila sangthan at some of the centres but hardly there are formal Mahila Mandals. though activities and festivals like Gangaur, Mahesh Navami , Holi milan etc are celebrated in every centre by Ladies and Youngsters but no formal body exists for Mahila mandal at these places except for a few centres.

The idea is to make a dedicated wing of women under AIFMDS banner so that it can contribute in projects of AIFDMS and can spread them to their centres and nearby by taluka , villages etc.

They may also help to organize one annual event centrally under the banner of AIFDMS. This is at initial level and will take some time. The Organizing secretary of AIFDMS have been given the responsibility to initiate and expedite this.

Yuvak Sangathan

Although there exist Yuva sangathan at some of the centers but hardly there are formal Nav yuvak Mandals at many places. even though the activities and festivals like, Mahesh Navami , Holi milan, Navratri, Cricket tournament etc are celebrated/organized in almost every center by Youngsters but no formal body exists for yuvak mandal at these places except for couple of centers.

The idea is to make a dedicated wing of youths under AIFMDS banner so that it can contribute in projects of AIFDMS and can spread them to their centers and nearby by taluka , villages etc.
